Continuity: Free August 09 Calendar Wallpaper

This post is part of the free calendar wallpaper series. Each month I create a new wallpaper featuring the current calendar. Looking at the same image over and over again is not very stimulating. Hence having a new background each month should help getting your creative juices flowing. August 09 Calendar Wallpaper is entitled “Continuity”. I was trying to add perspective to the design by using simple geometric shapes. The background is entirely made up using the Old Grunge Paper Textures released previously.

Fudgegraphics got a new look

Over the last months I’ve been busy working on the redesign of fudgegraphics and today it is finally live. As many of you know personal designs are the hardest to do because we are never truly happy and always want to make it look that more special. Hence it takes longer than expected.

So what’s new then?

The logo hasn’t changed much, after all it is the most important branding tool and I want people to still recognize the site. Same goes for the overall colour scheme, although I switched to brown tones to compliment the blue.
