Florian Nicolle is a French illustrator and graphic designer working under the name of NEO. He works in both print and web, but my favourite works are Florian’s traditional portrait illustrations. Florian has a very destructive style for sure, the pop culture references and portraits done with his personal touch makes for both a creative and interesting collection.
