César Moreno is an illustrator and art director based in Cancun, Mexico. His love for comics shines through most in this portrait illustrations, especially those of tv and movie characters. Some are almost caricatures while others have a real darkness to them. I’m particularly impressed with the fine line art César adds to these illustrations. For more inspiration check out 1978.com.mx
