The one thing that drew me in immediately is that Marko often uses no colour at all. There’s something special about typographic designs that solely rely on shapes and lines. So I checked him out and loved all of his other projects too. Some of the designs are super busy with lots of colours, others are very minimal using a limited colour palette. Pornographics is creative studio based in Barcelona, founded by Salva Regas, Victor Lavega and Luis Campmajó. The studio merged with Toma78 in 2010. Pornographics did motion design, illustration and interactive media projects, but today I want to focus solely on their typographic works. The first time I came across them was through their self-initiated ‘Vintage Porn Logos’ project, which I can imagine many of you have seen before.
