It’s time for another high resolution texture set. This time it’s all about wood panels. Wood textures pop up in more and more websites as background images. It’s a trend which sure won’t disappear in the near future. With a bit of tweaking these wood panels textures can be transformed into tile-able background images for your web projects and at the stunning size of 3264×2448 pixels they’re great for your print projects too.
As always these textures are free for personal and commercial use without the need to credit. All I’m asking is that you don’t sell or redistribute these files or claim them as your own. Enjoy! Download link and closeup previews after the jump. Read the rest of this entry »

For this set of brushes I wanted to create something with a little body and depth, and I really wanted to accentuate the wisps and pieces of the brush strokes themselves. With that in mind, these brushes are perfect for textures, overlays, and even poster making, letting you achieve a great organic feel. This set has a total of 9 Acrylic Texture Brushes all hovering at exactly 2500px. As always these are free for personal and commercial use. Enjoy! Read the rest of this entry »

It’s time for another high resolution texture set. This time it’s all about grunge paper textures taken from old books. As a bonus there’s even a nice book cover texture for you to download. Due to the enormous size (about 7MB each) of the textures I will not offer a single zip file containing all the images. Instead you have to individually download each texture by clicking on the preview. I hope you don’t mind. The files are perfect for both web and print jobs to your designs a more organic or vintage feel.
As always these textures are free for personal and commercial use without the need to credit. All I’m asking is that you don’t sell or redistribute these files or claim them as your own. Enjoy! Read the rest of this entry »

The latest texture pack contains 10 high resolution concrete textures taken during my last trip to New York City. I took over 300 photos, mostly of the regular tourist attractions. I did however think of you as well and was always on the lookout for some textures to share with the readers of fudgegraphics. Consider them to be your postcard from me. Or if you like your “I heart NY C(oncrete) t-shirt”. I tried to photograph light grunge concrete textures which can be used to destroy and distress your designs without being to invasive. You may recognize some of them already as I used a couple to make the previously released Grunge Nebulae Textures. As always you may use these in your personal and commercial projects. At a stunning size of 3264px by 2448px they’re ideal for both web and print design. I hope you like them.

This latest textures pack consists of 5 free high resolution grunge nebulae textures. In order to achieve a more cosmic feel a couple of regular concrete and rust textures were blended together in Photoshop using different overlay modes. It was really fun to make these and to play around with settings and colours and I hope you like them. All textures are a stunning 3264px by 2448px large and you may use them in your personal as well as commercial projects.

Today I have a very special texture for you. Andre Oliveira aka heymeca has given me the opportunity to distribute his “Hey… Textures” Pack for free. They have a great grunge feel to them and the colours are just amazing. The best part is that they are of a very high resolution and you may use them in personal as well as commercial projects. Simply click each image to download (the texture size is only visible in the previews).

Photoshop Brushes are an easy way to spice up your designs. Grab them, place them and you’re done. Ever since CS1 Photoshop allows you to use brushes up to 2500px large. This makes them perfect for webdesign as well as projects for print. This latest high resolution brush set includes 15 sticky tape brushes. They’re all between 2261px and 2500px large. For those of you stuck on older Photoshop versions I included the source files used to make the brushes as a texture pack. All textures are 2500px large and come in png format. This way no one has to miss out on this freebie release.

I’ve teamed up with Tom from PSDFan to release an exclusive Texture Pack. The set contains 10 wood textures which are all 3264×2448 in size. You may use them in commercial and personal projects. I decided to release them not on fudgegraphics but on PSDFan is expand my blog. It enables me to reach my readers as well as new ones. Although you may see Christmas decorations everywhere technically it is still Autumn. So last weekend I decided to go to the local park and shoot some textures related to this inspiring season of the year. It’s the time of change and natural decay. The textures are split into 2 sets: Tree Silhouettes and Leaves. All images are a stunning 3264×2448 pixels large and there’s a total of 19 textures in both sets. As always you are free to use these freebies in personal and commercial projects. I hope you like them and can put them to good use. So here we go.
